  • OVERVIEW:

    Provide on-site coordination for all phases of construction projects, including coordinating subcontractors, field labor, material and equipment, ensuring that specifications are being strictly followed and work is proceeding on schedule and within budget. Superintendent is also responsible for short term scheduling, inspections, quality control and job site safety.

    MUST HAVES:

    • Have at least 5+ years of construction leadership experience highly preferred (lead carpenter, crew foreman, or superintendent).

    • Be organized and able to work with project managers to build project schedules and keep the schedules.

    • Be able to interact respectfully with clients and architects.

    • Be able to read blue prints.

    • Prioritizes and plans work activities; uses time efficiently; plans for additional resources; develops realistic action plans.

    • Be able to document daily activities with appropriate written communication skills.

    • Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness; looks for ways to improve and promote quality; applies feedback to improve performance; monitors own work to ensure quality.

    • Must be self-motivated and take pride in their work.

    • Must have a passion for building and love creating quality projects that fulfills the owners and the architects visions.

  • This hybrid role is responsible for preparing accurate project estimates and managing residential construction projects from contract through completion. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and ideally has experience in custom home or high-end remodeling environments.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Estimating

    • Prepare detailed, accurate cost estimates for custom homes, remodels, and ADUs

    • Perform quantity takeoffs and material/labor pricing

    • Solicit, review, and compare subcontractor bids

    • Develop and maintain project budgets

    • Assist with value engineering when needed

    Project Management

    • Manage projects from pre-construction through closeout

    • Create and maintain project schedules

    • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and inspectors

    • Oversee quality control and jobsite progress

    • Review plans, specifications, and change orders

    • Communicate with clients, designers, and architects

    • Track costs and ensure projects stay on budget

    General

    • Maintain organized project documentation

    • Attend jobsite meetings and inspections

    • Support company standards for quality and professionalism

    Requirements

    • 3+ years experience in residential construction estimating and/or project management

    • Experience with custom homes or high-end remodels preferred

    • Strong understanding of construction methods, sequencing, and costs

    • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings

    • Proficiency with estimating and project management software

    • Excellent organizational and communication skills

    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

    • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

    Preferred (Not Required)

    • Experience with construction software

    • Construction management degree or equivalent field experience

    • Experience working directly with architects and designers

  • OVERVIEW:

    The Project Coordinator will be responsible for assisting a project team (Project Manager, Project Superintendent, Production Manager, and select trade partners) in a variety of administrative and project related tasks. This position will also help with pre-construction and estimating tasks for incoming projects. The Project Coordinator will be expected to demonstrate adaptability and flexibility as assigned tasks may vary on a day-to-day basis. The goal of the position is to provide an opportunity to develop project management skills under the supervision of more experienced team members with the long-term goal of moving in to a Project Manager role in the future.

    MUST HAVES:

    • Excellent communication, organizational and supervisory skills.

    • Commitment to honesty, integrity, quality of work and customer satisfaction.

    • Shows initiative, teamwork, accountability, and critical thinking skills.

    • Effective computer skills including proficient use of Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook software required, and skills with project management and scheduling database software preferred (Procore/Microsoft Project).

    • Effective verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to build and maintain effective interpersonal relationships.

    • Must possess valid unrestricted California Driver’s license and present proof of insurance.

    • Reliable vehicle, truck preferred.

    NICE TO HAVES:

    Knowledge in some or all of these areas is not required, but is preferred.

    • Knowledge of construction documentation (contracts, change orders, submittals, RFIs, etc.).

    • Knowledge of construction scheduling, cost control and quality control.

    • Knowledge of the roles and interdependence between the contractor, designer, owner and construction manager.

    • Knowledge of construction and engineering related processes, as well as industry practices.

    • Ability to read and comprehend technical drawings and blueprints.

  • This position requires a skilled professional who can complete all phases of carpentry, from rough framing through detailed finish work, on custom homes and high-end remodels.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Perform rough and finish carpentry on residential projects

    • Install doors, windows, baseboard, casing, and trim

    • Read and follow plans and specifications

    • Maintain a clean and safe jobsite

    • Work independently and as part of a team

    • Transport tools and materials as needed

    MUST HAVES

    • Minimum 5 years of professional carpentry experience

    • Experience with both rough and finish carpentry

    • Own truck capable of hauling materials

    • Own complete set of carpentry tools

    • Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship

    • Reliable, punctual, and professional

    • Valid driver’s license

    • Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision

  • GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

    Full time position for construction laborer. Duties include digging, demo, site cleanup, and other tasks as assigned by carpenters or superintendent on site.

    MUST HAVES:

    • Clean driving record

    • Reliable car or truck for transportation

    • Proof of US citizenship for I-9 verification

    • Understand English

    • Arrive on time for all shifts

    • Positive attitude and open to direction/feedback
